Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin London Dry or citrus-forward style
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz agave syrup or simple syrup
  • 2 oz club soda or sparkling water
  • pinch of salt optional, to enhance citrus
  • ice cubes
  • citrus slice or wedge for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill the shaker or mixing glass with ice.
  • Add gin, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and syrup.
  • Shake gently for about 10 seconds to chill and mix.
  • Strain into a cantarito cup or tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with club soda and stir lightly with a bar spoon.
  • Add a pinch of salt if you want.
  • Garnish with a slice of orange, grapefruit, or lime.

Notes

Use fresh citrus for the brightest flavor. Pink grapefruit gives a softer, sweeter note. Adjust syrup and salt to taste. For a lighter version, add more club soda or less gin. Flavored gins add an extra twist.
