  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Small saucepan (for syrup)
  • Stirring spoon
  • Martini glass or small cocktail glass
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: piping bag for whipped cream, sprinkles bowl

Ingredients

  • Candy Corn Syrup if homemade:
  • ½ cup candy corn
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup sugar

Cocktail Base:

  • 2 oz whipped cream vodka
  • 1 oz candy corn syrup
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • ½ oz heavy cream optional
  • Ice cubes
  • Syringe Fill / Layered Effect:
  • ½ oz grenadine or pomegranate juice

Garnishes:

  • Whipped cream
  • Candy corn pieces
  • Colored sprinkles optional
  • Rim sugar or Halloween sugar crystals optional

Instructions

  • Make the candy corn syrup (if using homemade): Simmer candy corn, water, and sugar in a small saucepan until dissolved. Cool before using.
  • Fill a shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add whipped cream vodka, candy corn syrup, pineapple juice, orange juice, and heavy cream (optional) to the shaker.
  • Shake well for 15 seconds until chilled.
  • Strain into a bowl or measuring cup.
  • Fill syringes with the orange mixture, leaving room at the top.
  • Pour grenadine or pomegranate juice into the bottom of a glass for a red base.
  • Insert the filled syringes in the glass or let guests squeeze them into the juice.
  • Top with whipped cream, candy corn pieces, and sprinkles.
  • Serve immediately for best effect.
