Equipment

  • Large pitcher
  • Mixing spoon
  • Citrus juicer
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Glasses
  • Ice cube tray
  • Fruit skewers
  • Small knife and cutting board

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup cranberry juice
  • 0.5 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh is best
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 2 tablespoons grenadine syrup
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Pineapple wedges for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill your pitcher about halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the pineapple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, and coconut water.
  • Add the lime juice and stir gently with a long spoon.
  • Slowly pour in the sparkling water so you keep the bubbles.
  • Drizzle the grenadine down the side so it settles at the bottom.
  • If you want a pretty layered look, don’t stir much—otherwise, give it a light stir for an even blend.
  • Pour into tall glasses filled with ice.
  • Garnish each one with pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, and mint leaves on a skewer.

Notes

I like tweaking the juice ratios depending on my mood. If I want it tarter, I add more cranberry juice; if I’m feeling sweet, I bump up the pineapple.
Sometimes I cut back on grenadine or swap it for a splash of pomegranate juice if I want less sugar. Coconut water keeps things light, so I never skip it.
For parties, I mix up the juices ahead and just add sparkling water at the last minute. That way, the bubbles are still fresh.
Freezing pineapple chunks into ice cubes is a fun touch—they don’t water down the drink. And honestly, fresh mint leaves just make the whole thing smell amazing with all those tropical fruit juices.
