Ingredients

  • 2 cups sparkling water chilled
  • 1 cup peach nectar
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, blackberries; fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup cranberry juice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup optional, to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Bat-shaped drink toppers or blackberries for decoration

Instructions

  • Wash and slice the berries. Set aside a few whole ones for garnish.
  • Fill a large pitcher or punch bowl halfway with ice.
  • Add peach nectar, cranberry juice, sliced berries, and lemon juice.
  • Stir gently until combined.
  • Pour in the chilled sparkling water and stir slowly to preserve the fizz.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or simple syrup if needed.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with mint, berries, and bat toppers.
  • Serve immediately while bubbly and cold.
