A fun, layered red–white–blue summer cocktail that tastes like the nostalgic popsicle. Grenadine, lemonade with lemon vodka, and blue curaçao are carefully poured to create clean stripes.
Pour grenadine directly into the glass to form the red base layer.
In a shaker with ice, combine lemon vodka and lemonade; shake briefly to chill.
Slowly pour the lemonade–vodka mixture over the back of a bar spoon so it floats above the grenadine, creating the white layer.
Gently add blue curaçao by pouring over the back of the spoon to form the blue top layer.
Let the layers settle; add a Bomb Pop popsicle garnish if using. Serve without stirring.
Notes
Keep all liquids well chilled and pour slowly over a spoon to maintain clean layers. Lemon-lime soda can replace lemonade for more fizz. For a lighter drink, reduce the vodka and increase lemonade. Serve immediately to preserve the stripes.
