Bomb Pop Cocktail

Bomb Pop Cocktail Recipe
A fun, layered red–white–blue summer cocktail that tastes like the nostalgic popsicle. Grenadine, lemonade with lemon vodka, and blue curaçao are carefully poured to create clean stripes.

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger or measuring cup
  • Bar spoon for layering
  • Tall clear glass or martini glass
  • Straw
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 1 oz grenadine
  • 1 oz lemon vodka or citrus vodka
  • 2 oz lemonade chilled
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • ice cubes for glass and shaker
  • Bomb Pop popsicle optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a tall clear glass halfway with ice.
  • Pour grenadine directly into the glass to form the red base layer.
  • In a shaker with ice, combine lemon vodka and lemonade; shake briefly to chill.
  • Slowly pour the lemonade–vodka mixture over the back of a bar spoon so it floats above the grenadine, creating the white layer.
  • Gently add blue curaçao by pouring over the back of the spoon to form the blue top layer.
  • Let the layers settle; add a Bomb Pop popsicle garnish if using. Serve without stirring.

Notes

Keep all liquids well chilled and pour slowly over a spoon to maintain clean layers. Lemon-lime soda can replace lemonade for more fizz. For a lighter drink, reduce the vodka and increase lemonade. Serve immediately to preserve the stripes.
