Light, fruity, and a little bit fancy, this easy sangria combines chilled blush wine, citrus, berries, and fresh herbs for a refreshing drink that’s perfect for relaxing or sharing at summer parties.
Pour the wine into your pitcher. Stir in lime juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Add brandy if using. Toss in the orange, lemon, and strawberries. Drop in the rosemary sprigs.
Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Right before serving, add the club soda and give it a gentle stir.
Serve over ice, making sure to get plenty of fruit in each glass.
Notes
White zinfandel keeps it light and slightly sweet. Adjust sugar and lime to taste. Mint can substitute for rosemary. Best served the same day for fresh fruit flavor.
