Ingredients

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 8-10 fresh blueberries
  • Club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: Fresh blueberries and lime wheel

Instructions

  • Add blueberries and simple syrup to the shaker.
  • Muddle until the berries are crushed.
  • Pour in tequila and lime juice.
  • Fill the shaker with ice.
  • Shake for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Fill a Collins glass with fresh ice.
  • Strain the mixture into the glass.
  • Top with club soda or sparkling water (about 2-3 oz).
