Instructions
Combine frozen blueberries, ice cubes, lemon juice, and simple syrup in blender.
Blend until slushy. Taste and add more sugar or syrup if needed.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture, if desired.
Pour slush halfway up each glass.
Top with sparkling water, seltzer, or club soda. Stir gently.
