Ingredients
2cupsfresh blueberries
1/2cupfresh lemon juiceabout 4 lemons
1/4cuphoney or maple syrup
4cupssparkling water
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Extra blueberries and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
Wash the blueberries and add them to the pitcher.
Muddle the blueberries until they release their juices.
Pour in the fresh lemon juice and honey. Stir until the honey dissolves.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a clean pitcher.
Add the sparkling water and stir gently.
Fill tall glasses with ice cubes.
