Add blueberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle until broken down.
Then, pour in vodka, lavender syrup, and lemonade.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 15-20 seconds.
Finally, strain the mixture into ice-filled glasses.
Garnish with fresh blueberries and a lavender sprig.
