Instructions
Add ice, frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, coconut milk, and rum into the blender.
Blend until the mixture turns smooth and creamy.
Pour the drink into a hurricane glass.
Slowly pour blue curacao over the top. Let it layer or gently stir for even color.
