Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 0.5 oz white rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lemon-lime soda
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • Ice cubes for shaking
  • Sugar for rim or orange slice optional garnish

Instructions

  • Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Pour in vanilla vodka, blue curaçao, rum, pineapple juice, and heavy cream.
  • Seal and shake hard for about 15–20 seconds to blend the cream smoothly.
  • Strain into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with lemon-lime soda.
  • Garnish with an orange slice or sugared rim if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust cream to taste for a lighter or richer texture. Vanilla vodka gives classic creamsicle flavor—substitute regular vodka plus a drop of vanilla if needed. Pineapple juice can be swapped for orange juice. Serve in a tall glass for best fizz. Shake with large ice cubes to keep the drink cold.
