berry or raspberry vodka

raspberry liqueur
e.g., Chambord

cranberry juice

grenadine
for color & sweetness

lemon juice
fresh preferred

–2 drops red food coloring
optional
Red sugar
for rimming the glass
Fresh raspberries
for garnish
Ice
for shaking
Instructions
Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a martini glass.
Dip the rim into red sugar and set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Add vodka, raspberry liqueur, cranberry juice, grenadine, and lemon juice.
Add red food coloring if you want a deeper red tone.
Shake well (10–15 seconds) until the shaker feels cold.
Strain into the prepared martini glass.
Garnish with raspberries on a cocktail pick.
Serve immediately while chilled.
