Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice from 2–3 blood oranges
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice about 3–4 limes
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sparkling water plain or citrus-flavored
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • Ice cubes enough to fill pitcher or glasses
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Blood orange slices for garnish
  • Optional: Rosemary sprigs for herbal aroma
  • Optional: Ginger syrup or simple syrup to adjust sweetness

Instructions

  • Juice the blood oranges and limes, straining if needed.
  • In a large pitcher, combine blood orange juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  • Add a generous amount of ice to the pitcher to chill the mixture.
  • Slowly pour in the sparkling water and ginger ale, stirring gently to preserve the fizz.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with more agave or simple syrup, if desired.
  • Garnish each serving glass with blood orange slices, fresh mint, and optional rosemary sprigs.
