from 2–3 blood oranges

Instructions
Juice the blood oranges and limes, straining if needed.
In a large pitcher, combine blood orange juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
Add a generous amount of ice to the pitcher to chill the mixture.
Slowly pour in the sparkling water and ginger ale, stirring gently to preserve the fizz.
Taste and adjust sweetness with more agave or simple syrup, if desired.
Garnish each serving glass with blood orange slices, fresh mint, and optional rosemary sprigs.
Serve immediately over ice.
