Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries; fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice approx. 3–4 lemons
  • 2 cups cold lemonade store-bought or homemade
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup to taste
  • 1 cup sparkling water plain or berry-flavored
  • Fresh mint leaves optional for garnish and freshness
  • Extra berries for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: edible flowers for a pretty finishing touch

Instructions

  • Wash all the fresh berries and mint leaves. Let frozen berries thaw slightly if using.
  • Add the berries and honey (or agave) to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the berry puree through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove seeds.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice and add it to the pitcher.
  • Pour in the lemonade and stir well.
  • Gently add the sparkling water and stir slowly to preserve the bubbles.
  • Fill serving glasses with ice and extra berries.
  • Pour the mocktail over the ice.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and edible flowers if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy cold.
