Wash all fruit and pat dry. Slice strawberries into quarters, leave other berries whole.
Combine rosé wine and brandy in the pitcher.
Add honey or simple syrup and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
Add all prepared fruit to the pitcher.
Refrigerate for 2-4 hours to let flavors blend.
Just before serving, top with a splash of club soda.
Pour into ice-filled glasses and add fresh fruit from the pitcher to each glass.

Store leftover sangria in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
