Equipment

  • A large punch bowl
  • A long-handled spoon for mixing
  • A ladle for serving
  • Ice cube trays
  • A blender (optional)

Ingredients

Here's what you'll need to make Berry Bunny Punch:

  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups white grape juice
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 liters lemon-lime soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

For a twist, try adding sliced peaches or a splash of orange juice. You can use frozen berries if fresh ones aren't in season.

Instructions

Follow these steps to make your Berry Bunny Punch:

  • Wash all the berries.
  • Slice the strawberries.
  • Add cranberry juice and white grape juice to the punch bowl.
  • Stir in the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  • Chill the mixture for at least 1 hour.
  • Just before serving, add the lemon-lime soda and ice cubes.
  • Stir gently to mix.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.

Serve the punch right away while it's nice and fizzy.

    Notes

This recipe serves about 12 people. You can easily double or halve it based on your needs.
For a smoother drink, blend some of the berries with the juices before mixing. This creates a thicker base.
To make it look extra festive, freeze berries in ice cubes. Add these to the punch for a pop of color.
If you want to turn this into an adult beverage, add some vodka or white rum. Just be sure to label it clearly as not for kids.
The punch tastes best when made fresh, but you can mix the juices and berries ahead of time. Add the soda right before serving to keep it bubbly.
