Notes

Keep Sprite chilled until ready to use for best results.
The drink stays fizzy for about 2 hours at room temperature.
Make the simple syrup ahead by mixing equal parts sugar and hot water until dissolved.
For a sweeter drink, add more simple syrup in 1 tablespoon amounts.
Store leftover mixture without Sprite in the fridge for up to 2 days.
