Ingredients
1cupgin
1cupwhite rumsuch as Bacardi
2cupscranberry juice
½cupgrenadine syrup
1can lychees in syrupuse both fruit and syrup
1cupblueberriesfresh or frozen
2cupsginger ale
Ice cubesas needed
Optional: extra berries or citrus roundsfor garnish
Instructions
In a punch bowl, combine the gin, white rum, and cranberry juice.
Add the grenadine syrup and the syrup from the lychee can.
Add the lychees and blueberries.
Add plenty of ice cubes to chill the punch.
Stir gently with a large spoon or ladle to combine.
Just before serving, pour in the ginger ale for a fizzy finish.
Garnish with skewered lychees and blueberries, or citrus slices.
