  • Large spoon or ladle
  • Measuring cups
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail picks (optional, for garnish)
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Strainer (optional)
  • Ice cube tray
  • Glasses or punch cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gin
  • 1 cup white rum such as Bacardi
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • ½ cup grenadine syrup
  • 1 can lychees in syrup use both fruit and syrup
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Optional: extra berries or citrus rounds for garnish

Instructions

  • In a punch bowl, combine the gin, white rum, and cranberry juice.
  • Add the grenadine syrup and the syrup from the lychee can.
  • Add the lychees and blueberries.
  • Add plenty of ice cubes to chill the punch.
  • Stir gently with a large spoon or ladle to combine.
  • Just before serving, pour in the ginger ale for a fizzy finish.
  • Garnish with skewered lychees and blueberries, or citrus slices.
  • Ladle into glasses and serve immediately.
