Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana peeled and sliced
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice fresh
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • banana slice or pineapple wedge for garnish

Instructions

  • Add sliced banana, white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice to the blender.
  • Add crushed ice last.
  • Blend on high for 15–20 seconds until smooth and creamy; taste and adjust sweetness or tartness if needed.
  • Pour into a tall or hurricane glass and garnish with a banana slice or pineapple wedge. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use a ripe (not overripe) banana and cold ingredients for the best texture. Swap coconut milk for part of the coconut cream for a lighter drink, or add extra banana for a thicker consistency. Skip the rum and add more pineapple juice for an easy mocktail version.
