A fun, fizzy turquoise cocktail that layers Baja Blast’s tropical-citrus flavors with white rum (or tequila), blue curaçao, and fresh lime. Chill, shake, top with soda, and sip immediately.
Add white rum (or tequila), lime juice, blue curaçao, and simple syrup (if using).
Shake for about 10 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
Strain into a chilled highball glass packed with fresh ice.
Top slowly with Baja Blast and give a gentle stir to swirl the colors.
Garnish with a lime wedge or cherry and serve immediately while fizzy.
Notes
For a lighter drink, reduce the spirit to 1 oz and skip the simple syrup. Make it slushy by blending everything with crushed ice instead of shaking. Keep the soda and glass well chilled to preserve carbonation and a crisp finish.
