Creamy, cool, and festive—this peppermint martini–style cocktail blends Bailey’s Peppermint Twist, vodka, and a touch of chocolate, shaken ice-cold and served with a candy cane rim.
Chill a martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Dip the rim in a little simple syrup, then roll in crushed candy cane to coat.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add Bailey's Peppermint Twist, vodka, and crème de cacao (if using).
Shake for 10–15 seconds until very cold.
Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a small candy cane.
Notes
For a creamier drink, add 1 oz milk or cream to the shaker. Prefer mint-forward? Replace the crème de cacao with 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps. You can also skip vodka for a lower-ABV sipper and pour the mix over ice instead of serving up.
