A rich, dessert-style martini that blends vodka, chocolate Irish cream, and chocolate liqueur. Serve in a chilled, chocolate-drizzled glass for an indulgent after-dinner treat.
Chill a martini glass in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
Add vodka, Baileys (chocolate), chocolate liqueur, espresso (if using), and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the shaker is very cold.
Drizzle chocolate (or caramel) syrup inside the chilled glass.
Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass and garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder.
Notes
Using a clean, neutral vodka keeps the focus on the chocolate. Adjust sweetness by reducing or increasing the simple syrup. Omit the espresso for a purely chocolate profile, or keep it for a mocha vibe.
