  • Milk frother

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup freshly brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
  • whipped cream store-bought or homemade
  • ice cubes for iced version
  • 1-2 tsp simple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
  • chocolate shavings optional garnish

Instructions

  • Brew your coffee or pull two espresso shots.
  • For iced coffee, let it cool slightly and fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Pour Baileys into your mug or glass.
  • Add hot coffee or cooled iced coffee over the Baileys.
  • Stir gently to combine, then taste and add simple syrup if desired.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top if desired.

Notes

Adjust the Baileys-to-coffee ratio to taste. Fresh whipped cream enhances the drink, but canned works in a pinch. For iced coffee, use coffee ice cubes to prevent dilution.
