Equipment

  • Large punch bowl
  • Ladle
  • Measuring cups
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Stirring spoon
  • Glasses or cups for serving.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chilled apple cider
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine chilled
  • 2 cups ginger beer or ginger ale
  • 1 cup orange juice no pulp
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 apple cored and sliced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2-3 cinnamon sticks
  • ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  • Toss the sliced orange, apple, and pomegranate seeds into your punch bowl.
  • Pour in the apple cider and orange juice.
  • Add the sparkling wine and ginger beer (or ginger ale).
  • Drop in the cinnamon sticks.
  • Stir gently—just enough to mix without losing bubbles.
  • Add plenty of ice right before serving.
  • Ladle into glasses and top with extra fruit if desired.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, swap sparkling wine for sparkling cider. Use ginger beer for more spice, ginger ale for milder flavor. Add more apple cider for extra sweetness or more pomegranate for tartness. Prepare fruit ahead and chill for best flavor. Serve immediately for freshest bubbles. Leftovers keep a day in the fridge, but it’s best fresh.
