Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1.5 oz apple juice fresh or bottled
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice fresh
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig plus extra for garnish
  • club soda to top
  • apple slice for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Gently muddle rosemary with simple syrup in a shaker.
  • Add gin, apple juice, lemon juice, and ice. Shake well for 15 seconds.
  • Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with club soda. Stir gently.
  • Garnish with an apple slice and rosemary sprig.

Notes

Try sparkling apple cider for extra fizz. Use ripe apple juice for a sweeter flavor, or adjust simple syrup to taste. The rosemary adds a piney note—omit if you want a milder drink.
