  • Citrus juicer

  • Ice cube tray

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple juice chilled, unsweetened if possible
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water plain or lightly flavored
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • ice cubes
  • thin apple slices for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 cinnamon stick optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill your glass halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour in apple juice and apple cider over the ice.
  • Add ground cinnamon or a cinnamon stick. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Top with sparkling water for a bubbly finish.
  • Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired. Garnish with thin apple slices and cinnamon stick if using. Serve immediately.

Notes

Fresh lemon juice brightens the flavor. Adjust sweetener as needed. For kids, skip the extra syrup. Stir well if using ground cinnamon. Serve cold for maximum fizz and refreshment.
