This refreshing mocktail combines crisp apple juice, gentle cinnamon syrup, a splash of lemon, and sparkling water for a cool, cozy, non-alcoholic drink. Great for any season, and especially fun for gatherings or a personal treat.
1cupapple juicechilled; apple cider works for deeper flavor
1teaspooncinnamon syrupor simple syrup plus a pinch of ground cinnamon
1teaspoonlemon juicefresh is best
1/2cupsparkling water or club sodachilled
1apple slicefor garnish
1cinnamon stickfor garnish

Instructions
Fill your shaker with ice cubes.
Add apple juice, cinnamon syrup (or simple syrup and cinnamon), and lemon juice.
Shake it up for about 10 seconds until it’s nice and cold.
Strain everything into a tall glass with fresh ice.
Gently top it off with sparkling water or club soda.
Give it a soft stir to blend.
Pop in an apple slice and a cinnamon stick for garnish.
Notes
If you don’t have cinnamon syrup, simmer equal parts sugar and water with a cinnamon stick for 5–10 minutes, then let it cool. Adjust sweetness to taste. Try freezing apple juice into ice cubes to keep your drink cold without watering it down.
