Ingredients

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 3 oz apple cider fresh is best
  • 0.5 oz maple syrup pure maple, not pancake syrup
  • ground cinnamon pinch
  • 2 oz sparkling water or club soda
  • apple slices for garnish, optional
  • cinnamon stick for garnish, optional
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Pour in the silver tequila, apple cider, and maple syrup.
  • Add a pinch of ground cinnamon.
  • Shake for about 10 seconds until cold.
  • Add ice cubes to a tall glass and strain the mix over the ice.
  • Top with sparkling water or club soda for fizz.
  • Stir gently to combine.
