  • Measuring spoons
  • Cutting board and sharp knife
  • Tall serving glasses
  • Peeler
  • Ice cube tray
  • Strainer

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups apple cider or sparkling apple cider
  • 1 cup ginger beer alcohol-free, or use ginger ale
  • 0.5 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup add more to taste
  • 1 medium apple thinly sliced
  • 1-2 inches fresh ginger peeled and sliced
  • 1 stick cinnamon optional
  • ice cubes
  • extra apple slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a pitcher halfway with ice cubes. Pour in apple cider, ginger beer, and sparkling water.
  • Add maple syrup and stir gently until mixed.
  • Add apple slices, ginger pieces, and cinnamon stick. Stir gently again.
  • Let sit 3–5 minutes to let flavors meld.
  • Pour into glasses with ice. Garnish with extra apple slices or cinnamon stick if desired. Serve ice-cold.

Notes

Ginger beer gives more spice; ginger ale is milder. Use sparkling apple cider for extra fizz. Adjust maple syrup to taste. For less sweet, increase sparkling water. Serve cold for best flavor!
