Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin London Dry recommended
  • 2 oz apple cider unsweetened preferred
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white optional, for foam
  • 2 oz sparkling water chilled
  • 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
  • apple slices for garnish
  • ice cubes for shaking

Instructions

  • Add gin, apple cider, lemon juice, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
  • Dry shake (without ice) for 10–15 seconds to create foam.
  • Add ice and shake again until chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled glass using a fine mesh strainer.
  • Top with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slices.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for brightness. Chill the glass beforehand to keep the fizz longer. Skipping egg white makes the drink lighter but removes the creamy foam. Add simple syrup if cider is too tart.
