Instructions
Fill a highball glass or rocks glass with ice cubes.
Measure 2 oz Aperol with a jigger and pour over the ice.
Add 4–6 oz soda water, club soda, or sparkling water.
Stir gently with a cocktail spoon to preserve the bubbles.
Garnish with a fresh orange slice or wedge on the rim or in the glass.
Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.
Notes
Club soda adds a touch of saltiness that can make Aperol pop. For more Aperol flavor, reduce soda water to about 3 oz. Drink promptly to avoid dilution from melting ice.
