Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Measuring jigger
  • Bar spoon
  • Strainer
  • Champagne flute or stemmed wine glass
  • Small knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Ice cube tray

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz Pomegranate juice chilled
  • 4 oz Prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • Pomegranate arils for garnish
  • Orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add Aperol and pomegranate juice.
  • Shake gently for 5–10 seconds to chill.
  • Strain into a chilled flute or wine glass.
  • Slowly top with prosecco to preserve bubbles.
  • Garnish with pomegranate arils and an orange slice.

Notes

Use very cold juice and wine to keep the drink crisp. Adjust Aperol-to-prosecco ratio for a lighter or stronger flavor. Garnish lightly with pomegranate seeds for color without crowding the glass.
