Ingredients

  • 1 oz amaretto
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz white crème de cacao
  • 1 oz cream or half-and-half
  • ice cubes
  • toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add amaretto, coconut rum, white crème de cacao, and cream.
  • Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled and frothy.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top.

Notes

Chill glass beforehand for best results. Substitute milk for cream for a lighter version. Customize flavor by adjusting liqueur proportions. Rim the glass with coconut flakes for extra flair.
