Ingredients

1 cup fresh lemon juice about 6-8 lemons
1 cup thyme simple syrup
4 cups sparkling water
Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish

For Thyme Simple Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
8-10 fresh thyme sprigs

Instructions

Make the thyme simple syrup first. Add water and sugar to a small saucepan. Heat on medium and stir until the sugar dissolves.
