• Fine-mesh strainer

Ingredients

• 2 oz apple vodka
• 1 oz cinnamon schnapps
• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• Apple slice for garnish
• Ground cinnamon for rim
• 2 tablespoons sugar for rim

Instructions

• Mix sugar and ground cinnamon on a small plate for the rim.
• Wet the rim of the martini glass with a lemon wedge, then dip in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
• Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
• Add apple vodka, cinnamon schnapps, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
